退款政策
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to products purchased through the official JIXIANGLE Skyleader website. If you purchased from another sales channel, please follow that platform’s return and refund policy.
2. Refund
1. Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 14 days after receiving the product.
- The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging (including the outer box and accessories).
- Please keep the original shipping carton, as it bears the UN3481 safety label required for air transport. If the carton is lost or damaged, you will need to print and attach a compliant UN3481 label to the new outer box.
- Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
2. Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases In accordance with air transport and safety regulations:
- The product has been opened, charged, activated, or used.
- The packaging is incomplete, or accessories are missing.
- The product has been damaged, repaired, or modified by the user.
- Under IATA DGR A154 and courier regulations, opened or activated items cannot have their lithium battery condition verified and may be refused by carriers.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
- Refunds apply only to eligible products (unopened, not activated, and requested within 14 days).
- Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If the item does not meet the refund conditions, the request will be declined and you will be notified of the result.
3. Exchange
1. Eligibility If the product shows defects or malfunctions within the warranty period under normal use, an exchange will be provided according to the warranty terms.
2. Exchange Procedure
- Please contact our customer service at support@skyleader.com, and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos (if applicable).
- After confirmation, a replacement product will be sent.
- For lithium battery products, the defective item cannot be returned due to air transport restrictions. Skyleader will cover the shipping cost for the replacement. (For international shipments, import duties for the replacement item will be borne by the recipient.)
3. Non-exchangeable cases
- Issues not caused by product defects (such as incorrect use, wear and tear, or physical damage).
- Products beyond the warranty period or repaired by unauthorized parties.
4. Special Notes
1. Lithium Battery Transport Regulations Products containing lithium batteries are subject to IATA DGR A154. Due to air transport safety restrictions, opened items cannot have their battery condition verified and may be refused by carriers.
2. Shipping Restrictions and Assistance If a return shipment cannot be arranged due to air transport regulations, we will assist in confirming possible next steps to protect your rights.
