退款政策

1. Scope of Application 

This policy applies to products purchased through the official JIXIANGLE Skyleader website. If you purchased from another sales channel, please follow that platform’s return and refund policy.

This policy sets out our return, refund, and exchange procedures. Some customers may have additional rights under the consumer laws of their country or region. Such rights apply only where required by applicable law and do not create the same rights for customers in other locations.

2. Refund 

2.1 Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the product must remain unopened, unused, not activated, and in its original packaging, including the outer box and all accessories.

Before returning any product, customers must contact us first. Once the request is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Products must not be returned without prior authorization.

Unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was supplied, the direct cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For international returns, customers are responsible for any required packaging, labeling, lithium battery compliant shipping costs, courier handling charges, or other costs required to return the product safely and lawfully, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was supplied.

2.2 Lithium Battery Return Requirements for GPS Rings

GPS rings contain lithium batteries and are subject to applicable lithium battery transport regulations, including IATA DGR A154 where applicable.

Please keep the original shipping carton, as it bears the UN3481 safety label required for air transport. If the carton is lost or damaged, a compliant UN3481 label may need to be printed and attached to the new outer box, subject to the applicable shipping requirements and carrier acceptance.

International returns of GPS rings must follow our return instructions and lithium battery shipping requirements. Customers must use a carrier and shipping method that accepts lithium battery products and complies with applicable postal, courier, airline, and dangerous goods regulations.

Opened, activated, damaged, contaminated, improperly packed, or otherwise unverifiable GPS rings may be refused by carriers.

If a return shipment is refused, delayed, returned, held, destroyed, or charged additional fees because the customer did not follow the required return instructions, used an unsuitable shipping method, or the product condition does not meet carrier requirements, the related cost, risk, and responsibility will be borne by the customer.

Cradles, openers, and dummy rings do not contain lithium batteries. They are not subject to the same lithium battery shipping restrictions as GPS rings.

2.3 Conditions That May Affect Refund Eligibility or Refund Amount

The following conditions may affect refund eligibility, return handling, or the refund amount, subject to applicable consumer laws and carrier requirements:

The product has been opened or removed from its original packaging.

The product has been charged, activated, connected, configured, read, or used.

The product has been used for races, training, outdoor flights, events, or other actual use beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

The product has been fitted on or used with a pigeon or other animal, placed in an animal housing environment, used outdoors, or exposed to animal waste, feathers, bodily fluids, dirt, moisture, or other contamination.

Usage records have been generated.

The packaging is incomplete, or accessories, labels, manuals, serial number markings, or included components are missing.

The product has been damaged, contaminated, repaired, modified, or improperly handled by the user.

The product requires inspection, cleaning, disinfection, testing, resetting, repackaging, restoration, or other handling before it can be resold.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, products exposed to animals, animal housing environments, animal waste, bodily fluids, dirt, moisture, or other contamination may not be suitable for return, restoration, or resale.

2.4 Refund Process and Timeline

Refunds are processed based on product eligibility, return completion, inspection results, and any applicable legal requirements.

Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right is required by applicable law, customers may inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product to the extent required by that law. However, actual use of the product, including use for races, training, outdoor flights, events, or other short-term purposes, is generally considered beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and may result in a deduction for diminished value where permitted by applicable law.

Downloading free software or creating a free account does not by itself affect any statutory rights. However, if a product has been activated, connected, configured, read, or used, and usage records have been generated, those records may be considered when assessing the condition and diminished value of the returned product.

We may withhold any refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided valid and trackable evidence that the product has been returned in accordance with our return instructions, whichever occurs first.

A return request does not by itself entitle the customer to keep the product and receive a refund.

Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If the item does not meet the refund conditions, if the return cannot be completed, or if a deduction for diminished value applies, the customer will be notified of the result.

Standard original shipping costs will be refunded only where required by applicable law. Additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery method will not be refunded.


3. Exchange 

3.1 Eligibility

If the product shows defects or malfunctions within the warranty period under normal use, an exchange will be provided according to the warranty terms.

3.2 Exchange Procedure

Please contact our customer service at support@skyleader.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos, if applicable.

After confirmation, a replacement product will be sent.

For GPS rings containing lithium batteries, the defective item may not be returnable due to air transport restrictions. Skyleader will assist in confirming the appropriate handling method.

Where a replacement is approved, Skyleader will cover the shipping cost for the replacement. For international shipments, import duties for the replacement item will be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3.3 Non-exchangeable Cases

Issues not caused by product defects, such as incorrect use, wear and tear, or physical damage.

Products beyond the warranty period or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Products repaired, modified, or disassembled by unauthorized parties.


4. Special Notes 

4.1 Lithium Battery Transport Regulations

GPS rings contain lithium batteries and are subject to applicable lithium battery transport regulations, including IATA DGR A154 where applicable. Due to air transport safety restrictions, opened, activated, damaged, contaminated, improperly packed, or otherwise unverifiable lithium battery products may be refused by carriers.

Cradles, openers, and dummy rings do not contain lithium batteries. They are not subject to the same lithium battery shipping restrictions as GPS rings.

4.2 Shipping Restrictions and Assistance

If a return shipment cannot be arranged due to air transport regulations or carrier requirements, we will assist in confirming possible next steps in accordance with applicable law and carrier requirements.
