At present, the technology does not allow to make the real time GPS ring, weighted 4 grams. The real time GPS ring need a large capacity battery and the GPS ring will become bigger. For pigeon, it's a big burden.
In order to reduce pigeon’s burden, we developed smaller and lighter GPS tracker ring and use GPS+ Glonass to record the position. Pigeon’s flight track can only be read after the pigeon comes back.
